Find Me a Car For Sale!

Our Find Me a Car service is where we work with you to buy a specific vehicle from the auctions. The price we give you will include all On Road Costs, a 12 month Mechanical Breakdown Insurance (on most cars), and our 5 day Money Back Guarantee for cars with Buy Now under $50,000 (excluding electric cars or EVs) will also apply. It does not include the NZ Clean Car Scheme charge if applicable.

So that we can find exactly what you are looking for, please be as specific as possible with the make, model and budget. The more specific you are regarding exterior colour, interior colour, upholstery type, transmission (auto, manual or hybrid), engine size, fuel type (petrol, diesel, hybrid, electric) and odometer means we can meet your needs accurately and quickly. Your Autoport Concierge will contact you directly to ensure we have the enough information to find the right car for you.

Once we find you a car that you are happy with, we will load it onto Autoport.nz for you to see. Once you click the Buy Now option to commit to the purchase, we will try and buy it at the auction at the time. Prior to bidding we will require the 10% deposit of the agreed budget. Please note that buying at auction means we may be outbid. If that happens the Buy Now will be void and you will not be invoiced, and your deposit will be returned. If we are successful and manage to buy for less than your budget, we’ll reduce the invoice amount to be less!

All you need to do is provide us with a photo of your Drivers Licence (both front and back), and (if you haven't already created an Autoport account) your contact details including your home address, email and a mobile phone number and pay the $500 bond.

The bond is securely held in our ASB bank 12-3209-0374111-03. When making payment please use your name as the reference. The bond is fully refundable up until the point when you click Buy Now. Once you’ve clicked Buy Now, the 10% deposit (or other agreed deposit amount) for the car is due less the $500 bond you have already paid.
