I had never purchased a vehicle on-line before, so I was apprehensive about how it all worked. I need not have worried, Autoport was obviously experienced as they answered all my questions reassuringly and allayed my fears by explaining the process clearly to me. They informed me of progress as it happened, the clearance, the loading, the transporting, even the whereabouts of the ship and its ports of call. Whatever paper work was required of them, they informed me, asked me in a timely fashion for my documents. I never felt under pressure and was impressed with their efficiency. I was even met at the airport and taken to their depot where again, all the paperwork was completed, and the car was mine! But it didn't stop there. I can't read Japanese. However, my queries about how something worked on the dashboard were patiently explained. The car is going well! I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and method of purchasing, to anyone. And I am really enjoying the car.

I bought the red Subaru Outback a week ago. The car is great, goes really well, like a new car, it has full service history from Japan, so was very well looked after. Thanks for the good service as well.

We weren’t sure about buying a near new car from the UK as we didn’t like the idea of sending a lot of cash overseas and we didn’t know about claiming VAT. Autoport managed all that. The car had just 500 miles on the clock, was highly spec’d and the savings were very, very significant! Very happy with my new car the process and communication. Price was on par with cars in NZ but I wasn't here for price alone it was for a GTR which there was not many in NZ to choose from but alot of options on Autoport. Thank you.
