Start to finish the communication has been outstanding and the customer service top notch. Daniel and the team always kept me up to update with the progress of my vehicle, from leaving Japan to driving away in the car. They have done an awesome job at making the import process as simple as possible while they do all the hard work. When searching for a car, we came across Autoport.nz purely by chance – and we are really pleased that we did. After a brief meeting with Daniel, expectations and obligations were sorted by a handshake, and the order was placed. Then what seemed like a long 6 or so weeks began, waiting for this beauty to arrive – meanwhile Carlene kept us informed every step of the way. It’s fair to say that we were a bit apprehensive – the unknown of “what are we going to get” – but the car and the condition was exactly as promised. A minor mechanical issue was discovered after taking delivery, but the Autoport Team are meeting their obligation to correct that for us. We are very happy with the outcome, and we have no hesitation in recommending Autoport for your (or our) next purchase.

I discovered Autoport late last year with a goal of getting a car I've always wanted. The process was very easy once we got it underway, with the team at Autoport happy to help in any way they could. From the financing, to the transport of the car from Japan to NZ, to the compliance and getting ready to take on NZ roads, everything was so streamlined. Once they took delivery of the car the team went above and beyond to get the car into perfect shape ready to hand over the keys. Although I was skeptical at first to deal with Autoport, I was pleasantly surprised when they actually found a car that not only matched my requirements, but also exceeded the same - I got more than what I had asked for and at the price I wanted to pay. It is easy to deal with Autoport; their communication is frequent and without lengthy delays in between, especially when dealing with Ryan.
