Fantastic service & communication throughout the whole purchase to Delivery. I was looking for a very specific vehicle (Lexus LS460 F sport). The only way top get exactly what I wanted was to search for one in Japan with the exact spec I wanted. In my case I actually provided Daniel & the team with a specific car I had Located. Crazy! I bought a van from Japan, sight unseen. I couldn’t be happier. I’d done some research and I knew the vehicle I wanted. A Google search led me to Autoport. I sent an email message of interest and was contacted by phone within 2 hours. Daniel at Autoport answered all my questions. I felt very confident, to say nothing of excited, to purchase. A deposit was all it took to secure the vehicle and start the ball rolling. All throughout the process I was well informed, by the lovely Carlene, of every step of my new vehicles journey from Japan. We’re a retired couple and needed a reliable car at the right price. Dealing with a NZ company who handles everything took the hassle away. We didn’t have to worry about haggling with anyone over the price or getting pushed into buying extras and the price we ended up paying was much better than local prices. Overall this was very easy and not like normally buying a used car. We were totally comfortable with this purchase and made a great saving. We’ll never buy anywhere else from now on.
