I'm not big on writing but just would say a big thanks to Autoport for importing the Toyota Mirai. You guys do a first class-job and I would highly recommend your company.

Having been a Jaguar enthusiast for more than 65 years I was trying to find a low mileage classic Jaguar to enjoy while I could still drive. I found such a car in Japan. I had no idea how to go about having it thoroughly inspected to ensure it was genuinely as reported. Even less how to securely purchase the vehicle. Have it removed from the Japanese register. Complete export documentation and shipping. Arrange for import to NZ or the procedure to have it registered, WOF etc ready to legally drive here. Here the wonderful team at Autoport.nz took over. They set out an easily understood breakdown of the procedure and costs from initial inspection, purchase, shipping and costs in NZ ready for me to drive away. I paid a 10% deposit and left everything to them. It was a completely seamless operation from the time that I asked them to buy the car until they told me it was ready for me to drive away. We weren’t sure about buying a near new car from the UK as we didn’t like the idea of sending a lot of cash overseas and we didn’t know about claiming VAT. Autoport managed all that. The car had just 500 miles on the clock, was highly spec’d and the savings were very, very significant! Totally comfortable and totally trustworthy service and I like we got the right car direct from the source but dealt with a local NZ company. Very happy thanks for the great deal.

Stop reading - call them up and have a chat. Communication was faultless and we were in good hands throughout. The car's been stripped down, inspected for hidden damage, and arrived on our driveway without a scratch. First of its model registered in NZ - no dramas. Old man almost cracked a smile. Now if only he'd drive it instead of looking at it all day.
