Start to finish the communication has been outstanding and the customer service top notch. Daniel and the team always kept me up to update with the progress of my vehicle, from leaving Japan to driving away in the car. They have done an awesome job at making the import process as simple as possible while they do all the hard work. We weren’t sure about buying a near new car from the UK as we didn’t like the idea of sending a lot of cash overseas and we didn’t know about claiming VAT. Autoport managed all that. The car had just 500 miles on the clock, was highly spec’d and the savings were very, very significant! We’re a retired couple and needed a reliable car at the right price. Dealing with a NZ company who handles everything took the hassle away. We didn’t have to worry about haggling with anyone over the price or getting pushed into buying extras and the price we ended up paying was much better than local prices.
