Outstanding Team at Autoport NZ. If you are looking to purchase from Japan, particularly if you are looking for something special, these guys are the only ones to deal with. Fantastic service & communication throughout the whole purchase to Delivery. I was looking for a very specific vehicle (Lexus LS460 F sport). The only way top get exactly what I wanted was to search for one in Japan with the exact spec I wanted. In my case I actually provided Daniel & the team with a specific car I had Located. (03/03/2026)Daniel will email and confirm the car you bought and 10% deposit for the value of the car. Price in the website includes shipping, rego, 1 year mechanical breakdown, valet and $100 petrol. 3.(07/03/2026) Carlene email regarding 3rd party premium inspection and paperwork. 4. (27/03/2026) Carlene email vehicle leaving Japan. 5.(21/04/2026) Arrived Auckland Port, 10 working days for compliance, wof, mechanical breakdown, rego and valet 6.(07/05/2026) Delivered at home by Daniel. Almost 2 months but it really worth waiting ! Very happy to drive my car. It's my pleasure and definitely will recommend Autoport NZ to my friends and relatives....

2021 Jeep Renegade Longitude
I had never purchased a vehicle on-line before, so I was apprehensive about how it all worked. I need not have worried, Autoport was obviously experienced as they answered all my questions reassuringly and allayed my fears by explaining the process clearly to me. They informed me of progress as it happened, the clearance, the loading, the transporting, even the whereabouts of the ship and its ports of call. Whatever paper work was required of them, they informed me, asked me in a timely fashion for my documents. I never felt under pressure and was impressed with their efficiency. I was even met at the airport and taken to their depot where again, all the paperwork was completed, and the car was mine! But it didn't stop there. I can't read Japanese. However, my queries about how something worked on the dashboard were patiently explained. The car is going well! I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and method of purchasing, to anyone. And I am really enjoying the car.
