Stop reading - call them up and have a chat. Communication was faultless and we were in good hands throughout. The car's been stripped down, inspected for hidden damage, and arrived on our driveway without a scratch. First of its model registered in NZ - no dramas. Old man almost cracked a smile. Now if only he'd drive it instead of looking at it all day.

The thought of importing a car was something my wife and I have thought about in the past, but it fell into the too hard basket and we had no idea where to start, that was until a friend introduced me to Autoport. We weren’t sure about buying a near new car from the UK as we didn’t like the idea of sending a lot of cash overseas and we didn’t know about claiming VAT. Autoport managed all that. The car had just 500 miles on the clock, was highly spec’d and the savings were very, very significant! Totally comfortable and totally trustworthy service and I like we got the right car direct from the source but dealt with a local NZ company. Very happy thanks for the great deal.

I've now imported two cars via Autoport, both PHEVs, and I am happy to report that on both occasions I found the process to be seamless. Each time their team took care of everything from pre-purchase inspection in Japan to compliance and vinning in NZ, providing email updates along the way - the only hard part was waiting for my vehicles to arrive! The only paperwork on my end was applying to NZTA for the Clean Car Rebate.
