Stop reading - call them up and have a chat. Communication was faultless and we were in good hands throughout. The car's been stripped down, inspected for hidden damage, and arrived on our driveway without a scratch. First of its model registered in NZ - no dramas. Old man almost cracked a smile. Outstanding Team at Autoport NZ. If you are looking to purchase from Japan, particularly if you are looking for something special, these guys are the only ones to deal with. Fantastic service & communication throughout the whole purchase to Delivery. I was looking for a very specific vehicle (Lexus LS460 F sport). Although I was skeptical at first to deal with Autoport, I was pleasantly surprised when they actually found a car that not only matched my requirements, but also exceeded the same - I got more than what I had asked for and at the price I wanted to pay.
