When searching for a car, we came across Autoport.nz purely by chance – and we are really pleased that we did. After a brief meeting with Daniel, expectations and obligations were sorted by a handshake, and the order was placed. Then what seemed like a long 6 or so weeks began, waiting for this beauty to arrive – meanwhile Carlene kept us informed every step of the way. It’s fair to say that we were a bit apprehensive – the unknown of “what are we going to get” – but the car and the condition was exactly as promised. A minor mechanical issue was discovered after taking delivery, but the Autoport Team are meeting their obligation to correct that for us. I discovered Autoport late last year with a goal of getting a car I've always wanted. From the financing, to the transport of the car from Japan to NZ, to the compliance and getting ready to take on NZ roads, everything was so streamlined. 2010 Toyota Vitz RS
I love my little Vitz, it even has paddles! It’s never missed a beat, is good on fuel and looks great. I’m retired so wasn’t 100% sure about using an internet site to buy a car, but talking to David and getting to know all the checks they do and them doing to price haggle made it easy for me. I couldn’t believe how good the car was when it turned up. When I buy another car I’ll use Autoport.

Although I was skeptical at first to deal with Autoport, I was pleasantly surprised when they actually found a car that not only matched my requirements, but also exceeded the same - I got more than what I had asked for and at the price I wanted to pay. It is easy to deal with Autoport; their communication is frequent and without lengthy delays in between, especially when dealing with Ryan.
