We weren’t sure about buying a near new car from the UK as we didn’t like the idea of sending a lot of cash overseas and we didn’t know about claiming VAT. Autoport managed all that. Picked up my Lexus GSF of Daniel very happy with car. Communication was excellent from Carlene from pick up in japan to delivered in country. I would use Autoport again without a second hesitation. Stop reading - call them up and have a chat. Communication was faultless and we were in good hands throughout. The car's been stripped down, inspected for hidden damage, and arrived on our driveway without a scratch. First of its model registered in NZ - no dramas. Old man almost cracked a smile. Now if only he'd drive it instead of looking at it all day.
Daniel and the team me helped me import a car from Japan. The process was smooth. Daniel was really good to work with. I would definately use Autoport again for my next import.
