Being a woman on my own the 1 Year mechanical breakdown insurance was an added bonus. When Natalie gave me the name of the ship to track its where abouts and kept me updated with everything it became so exciting. Then I met Daniel to collect it, he had it all ready and it was shining so much it looked as though it had come straight out of the factory. They were all so professional. As a first time customer of buying a car online, thru Autoport and living in this day and age of modern technology with a plethora of scams/phishing/fakes/clones etc, I had huge doubts whether this was the right way to go about getting a new car especially because I had lived in Auckland most of my life, never seen this place on my travels nor known anyone who has brought from them before. The poor team at Autoport probably have a special name for me like "oh no it's that annoying lady that thinks we're scammers", hahaha, emailing them everytime I got worried I hadn't heard from them when I thought I should have lol. The team were so patient and polite, always responded in a timely manner. And after all of that, my car arrived. Right up to 2 mins away from Autoport and not being able to find the gate, I still thought I was being scammed. You may think, well why did you buy it that way then? Well the photos online, it was a beautiful car. Low k's compared to what I could find in NZ, good star rating, not a bad price. Almost a to good to be true scenario. I jumped on Google and did some research on Autoport, called the team to reassure myself, read the testimonials. Was happy to go thru with the purchase, made the transfer and still sh*t myself until the car arrived lol. I mean hey, some of these scams are very sophisticated :) However, I call her she and she is in my possession now. Couldn't get a AA lemon check done first which is my main go to when purchasing a Subaru so a lot of this was riding on hope. Had her for a few months now and she's going strong.

The Autoport team really came thru on this one. Have had no problems with the car, runs really smooth and pretty good on petrol. Absolutely love the car. Totally recommend going thru Autoport if you are wanting to be a first car owner in NZ. Great team to deal with and not bad cars to pick from. I wish Autoport all the best.
