2022 Audi A3 TFSi Turbo

In May 2021 I decided to purchase my next car through the Internet, while living in Australia. There was a website I liked a lot by the name of "autoport.nz". After searching through it for a while I found a beautiful Mercedes E250, equipped with all the bells and whistles one would expect from such a car. It had a very low (guaranteed) mileage. The price was more than reasonable. So, my wife and decided to go for it. I contacted Autoport.nz. A very helpful and nice person named Daniel contacted me and told me how to go about purchasing a car from them. I paid the initial ten percent deposit of the car’s price. Then the car was checked thoroughly, first in Japan, after shipping it to NZ it was once again checked here. When my wife and I arrived in NZ in July 2021 the car was very nicely groomed and waiting for me, as agreed with Daniel and Natalie (another nice and supportive person of Autoport.nz). So, all up, I like the car, I like the way I was treated as a customer and there’s nothing I could complain about. In fact, our younger daughter is currently in the process of getting three cars from Autoport.NZ, one for her husband, one for her daughter, and one for herself. Finally, I’d like to mention that I am not linked in any way to Autoport.nz or receive any payment for my testimonial.

Good guys to deal with, kept informed throughout the process, vehicle was as described at a very good price compared to what was available in NZ.

I had a great experience buying through Autoport. After I had selected a vehicle in Japan the Autoport team swung into gear and their Japanese agent checked the vehicle out at the car lot. I wanted to make sure it was accident free, the mileage was as indicated and the car was in good condition for its age. After making sure all was Ok I entered into a purchase agreement and the deposit was paid. From that point on the purchase was without any hassles. When the car arrived at the Japanese departure dock it was checked out by Autoport's accredited agents to meet NZ Government entry requirements. It passed with flying colours and was then on the boat to NZ. On arrival in NZ all the compliance details were handled professionally by Autoport and then the balance of the purchase was paid. After registration was completed the car was ready for pickup. At all stages of the purchase I was kept fully informed by Autoport's friendly staff, Daniel and Carlene. This was my first Japanese car purchase and Autoport made it a pleasant experience - my initial apprehension gone. thanks Autoport.
