Ryan kept me informed all the way of where the car was at, when it arrived in NZ and when it would be ready to collect. I was happy the price even included breakdown insurance, rego and petrol so when I picked it up there was nothing more to pay, just ready to go. Thanks I’ll buy from you again.

Great company, awesome communication, I felt like I could purchase and import with confidence through them and it was our first time importing a vehicle directly from Japan. The vehicle was amazing and Daniel went the extra mile to ensure we had all we required, even sourcing an extra key and just getting the vehicle all ready so when we collected it we didn't have to do a thing. In May 2021 I decided to purchase my next car through the Internet, while living in Australia. There was a website I liked a lot by the name of "autoport.nz". After searching through it for a while I found a beautiful Mercedes E250, equipped with all the bells and whistles one would expect from such a car. It had a very low (guaranteed) mileage. The price was more than reasonable. So, my wife and decided to go for it. I contacted Autoport.nz. A very helpful and nice person named Daniel contacted me and told me how to go about purchasing a car from them. I paid the initial ten percent deposit of the car’s price. Then the car was checked thoroughly, first in Japan, after shipping it to NZ it was once again checked here. When my wife and I arrived in NZ in July 2021 the car was very nicely groomed and waiting for me, as agreed with Daniel and Natalie (another nice and supportive person of Autoport.nz). So, all up, I like the car, I like the way I was treated as a customer and there’s nothing I could complain about. In fact, our younger daughter is currently in the process of getting three cars from Autoport.NZ, one for her husband, one for her daughter, and one for herself. Finally, I’d like to mention that I am not linked in any way to Autoport.nz or receive any payment for my testimonial.

I had my Subaru XV Hybrid delivered a couple of weeks ago, and I have been more than pleased with the vehicle. It was in excellent condition, low mileage and everything came out tops in an AA inspection. Though the current pandemic meant it was delayed later than expected both Daniel and Natalie kept me informed and allayed my concerns. This was my first time buying a car in this online fashion, I was quite apprehensive, but the care, professionalism, quality focused process and high standard of cars being imported meant I got a great buy.
